Rules

VibeAndWatch is a public leaderboard. There are no ads, no algorithm, and no revenue share. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is the bid — nothing else.

How ranking works

• New announcements start at ₹51 minimum, ₹9,99,999 maximum. Bids go up ₹1 at a time. Announcements already on the board keep their bid until they raise it or get outranked.
• Taking #1 costs more than the current top bid. Paying less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that bid can take. Equal bids stay in the order they were placed — the older bid keeps the higher rank.
• Enter the same link again to raise your listing to any rank. The new bid must be higher than your current bid. Someone else cannot take over your specific spot by paying that same amount.
• Ranking is computed live: ORDER BY bid_amount DESC, created_at ASC. No manual curation, no editor’s picks.

What you can list

• Personal: birthday wishes, love notes, dedications, milestones
• Achievements: job offers, exam results, personal records, wins
• Fun & Relatable: funny moments, confessions, relatable takes
• Shoutouts: calling out someone (positively!), thank yous
• Apologies: public sorries, clearing the air
• Other: anything that doesn’t fit above but is still wholesome

What you cannot list

• Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting a person or group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Defamatory or malicious content about real, identifiable people without their consent.
• Explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or illegal material.
• Misinformation presented as fact (satire is okay if clearly labeled).
• Spam, scam links, phishing, or anything that could harm visitors who click your link.
• Promotions of illegal products or services.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without refund. Borderline cases are judged at our sole discretion.

Refund policy

No refunds once listed. The “product” is the listing itself and the visibility it brings — once your announcement is live and visible on the leaderboard, the service has been delivered. This is the same model as outbid.lol.

If your payment was captured but your listing didn’t appear within 10 minutes, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we’ll investigate.

Privacy

We collect the name and email you provide during payment, along with what you voluntarily enter in the form (announcement, message, link, image), plus the Razorpay payment ID for audit purposes. Session IDs (for reactions/views) are random UUIDs — no other tracking.

Announcement Removal

If you wish to remove an announcement you have published, please email us at vibeandwatch@gmail.com with your name, the announcement title or link, and your payment invoice or Razorpay Payment ID. We will process your removal request within 24 hours.
